If I Could Tell Him (Familial)- A Gravity Falls Animatic

⚠️PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION⚠️

It is terribly sad I have to clarify this, but this is NOT a ship, they are TWINS! This song initially focuses on a brother and sister, and the sister and the guy who has a crush on her. I’ve seen animatics that solely focus on the romantic half of this song, and I’m choosing to solely focus on the FAMILIAL half of this song. And that’s not to mention I INTENTIONALLY CUT OUT THE ROMANTIC LINES IN THIS SONG. THE REASON I CHOSE IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT FIT THE NARRATIVE I WAS GOING FOR! Also I really like this song ._. I honestly didn’t realize it was romantic til I already started working on it because I’m STOOPID. It’s sad that the only songs that show deep emotions and real love are usually romantic. Familial and platonic love are awesome too, peoples! For a lot of people the most important relationships in there lives are not romantic, and I think that’s what gravity falls is all about, and is definitely the case for the Stan bros. That’s not to say romance isn’t beautiful, but still. So like, don’t burn me at the stake, I swear I don’t ship them ya sickos XD Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk :)

Ok so this takes place before Stan fully recovered his memory, and the only clear memory he has of Ford, minus a few of when they where little, is when he got kicked out. He also remembers that he REALLY cares about him. But he doesn’t recognize present Ford as the Ford from his memory because of how much he’s changed, and how kind he’s being towards him.
