AD | Today I'm at Moda, The McEwan in Edinburgh, another one of the incredible neighbourhoods by Moda Living. I'm touring one of their two bedroom apartments, perfect for if you need a little more room for guests to visit, or perhaps this two-bed apartment would be perfect if you're flat-sharing with someone else. I'll also be taking a look at the impressive and extensive amenities you can enjoy if you're a resident here. Located in Fountainbridge, it's a short walk from Haymarket train station.

With 476 apartments, ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as duplex style apartments. The thoughtfully created furnishings and bespoke interiors amplify the beauty of this apartment and you feel a real sense of calm and positivity as you step inside. It almost feels a world away from the busy city below. Whilst you quite literally have everything you could need within Moda, The McEwan, without even leaving the building, the on-site amenities allow you to live a healthy, rich and well-being focused lifestyle and there's a great community feel, perfect if you're new to the city.

Something else which is brilliant about this neighbourhood, is that it's pet friendly, which is hard to find in the inner city.
