This video is a review of the decluttering and improvement projects we did during step 4 (komono) of our KonMari decluttering. We are a large family of 10 living in a small house and we're trying to make sure there's a place for everything and everything's in its place.

We've stayed on top of things pretty well over the years, but things still slowly fall apart. In October, we began in earnest to declutter the house.
