First shots through a YHM Fat Cat, 10.5” AR

Approved in 5 days and it’s great for a “K can”.

-Hearing safe without earpro?
•2-3 shots outside in an open area yes but probably not good in an enclosed area. 5.56 isn’t meant to be movie quiet anyway,m. Just signature and concussion reduction.

-Gassy?
•Gas will always be present with 5.56. I have a Radian Raptor SD charging handle to reduce gas to the face. It’s not unbearable but it will definitely choke you out if you’re making very fast consecutive shots. I recommend wearing good eye protection to minimize gas to the eyes. My eyes burned a little but nothing too crazy.

-POI Shift?
•No POI shift on my firearm. Have not tried any others. Results may vary.
