Made with roasted gram flour, ghee, suji, and nuts, this traditional Indian sweet melts in your mouth and is perfect for festivals like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, or Raksha Bandhan.

Ingredients:
Besan (gram flour) – 1½ cups
Suji (semolina) – ¼ cup
Ghee – ¼ + 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar – ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Almonds – handful
Cashews – handful
Pistachios – for garnish

Method:
1️⃣ Roast almonds & cashews in ghee, set aside.
2️⃣ Roast suji for 3–4 mins till aromatic, remove.
3️⃣ Dry roast besan for 6–8 mins on low flame, cool & sieve.
4️⃣ Coarsely grind nuts.
5️⃣ Heat ghee, add besan, roast 7–10 mins.
6️⃣ Add suji & roast till golden & glossy.
7️⃣ Cool slightly, add cardamom, nuts & sugar.
8️⃣ Mix & shape into laddoos. Garnish with pistachios.

Tips:
✨ Roast on low flame for rich flavor.
✨ Add suji for perfect texture.
✨ Cool mixture before adding sugar.
✨ Store in airtight jar for up to 10–12 days.
