Nick and Marilyn Mosby have a more than $45,000.00 tax bill due.

The Internal Revenue Service placed a lien on the Mosby's property back in February.

Professionally, Marilyn Mosby may be in deep trouble.

Attorneys have been suspended from practicing law over federal and state tax issues.
