How to find pellet smoker hot spots by cooking biscuits

If you want more control over cooking, baking, smoking, and general use of your grill, you should cook biscuits in it. This is a great and simple method to learn the hot spots in your smoker, grill, pellet stove, big green egg, or any other cooking appliance.
