How to create a Source list manually
To add vendors we must have info records for the material and vendor and to add the contract we must have created contract for the material.
Transaction code to create a Source list is
Logistics→ Materials Management→ Purchasing→ Master Data → Source List → Maintain ME01
Input the material, Plant and Enter
Click Generate button
Save
