The Gradeall sidewall cutter and tread cutter.

A machine introduced a few years ago, but one we have continued to develop since its release to market.

At Gradeall we like to visit our customers operating our equipment and discuss how it is operating, crucially this involves talking to both the machine owner and the operators who actually use it. Therefore we learn of all possible ways in which the machines can be improved.
With customers using these machines extensively for thousands of tyres per week we are confident that our sidewall cutter and tread cutter have been built to last and indeed do last.

The latest sidewall cutter with tread cutter is one such machine. On this particular site visit we recorded the machine in operation to give a clear view of how it works.
