Hey, guys! Today I'm gonna try another cool new character - Bandit!
This guy starts the run with a bit higher damage and speed, but the rest of his stats are slightly lower than usual. But stats don't really matter, cause
this guy has a really unique dice item - Weighted Dice! When used, it rerolls
all the items in the room and upgrades their quality by 1! However, there's a small chance of doing completely opposite, but it doesn't make this item less broken, cause this dice has also a built in coupon effect! It means it makes all the devil/shop items completely free! How broken is it?
