We bring in Katherine Pegova to test out some women's self defense and Russian self defense techniques. This could be the start of a kind of top 6 (or top five) series if this video gets a lot of good reception. Also, not all of these techniques are completely wrong (and probably at least one of them was just trying to be funny)! Either way, let's find out which one of these martial arts comedy videos are super not good, which ones are so-so, and which ones are worth more stress testing. For those of you who like to get to the bottom of techniques and what happens when the pressure is applied, we have some fun tests for you.
