Front of house and visitor experience staff underpin the experiences of museum visitors, so join us to focus on careers paths in these areas. We'll think about the crucial skills and experience needed to be great in these roles and how to get start on the career path. Our panel will frankly discuss the highs and lows of this work, and we'll have plenty of time for Q&A.

Panellists:
Evie Knighton, Visitor Experience Assistant at the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology (She/Her)
Holly Burrows, freelance arts facilitator and illustrator with experience working in schools, festivals and for the NHS; volunteer Editor of the youth pages for the Source Newspaper. Previously Retail and Visitor Services Manager at House of Illustration, and prior to that worked at the Roald Dahl Museum, National Trust and V&A.
Anna Somner, Volunteer Gallery Assistant at The Box, in Plymouth, and Collections Volunteer at the Royal Cornwall Museum (previously Citizen Curator). Heritage Management MA student at Queen Mary University of London with Historic Royal Palaces.
