Take a look at Jadi Batek's making of Malaysian Batik, the complete step-by-step process of how we created a custom order for NESTLE's Batik uniforms requested with the hand-blocked method! The entire process was made here in our very own factory within the handicraft center in Kuala Lumpur.

Hand-blocked Batik is made with a tool made by a copper block or sometimes a wooden stamp with an artistically patterned bottom. The block is dipped into wax and printed onto the fabric, which is then hand-dyed, piece by piece. Then the wax will be removed and Batik with a single color is produced.
