Q3 HDB Prices Index – What does it mean ahead for the HDB Market?

HDB just released the flash estimate for the 3rd Quarter of 2024. Will HDB prices continue to move upwards or downwards? I will also do an in-depth study in relationship to the demand that causes prices to spike. Afterall. The demand must come from somewhere. Right?
