1990s UK Hip Hop comedy – Straight out of Compton – short film

Straight out of Compton – a short comedy set in the UK hip-hop scene of 1990, in the village of Compton in Surrey.

Huge thanks to the UK hip-hop artists that let me use their music in my film... Blade, Gunshot, Hardnoise, Dominant Force, 11:59 and Total Fiasco. And a huge thank you to the legend Henry Chalfant for letting me use a short clip of his seminal 1983 documentary ‘Style Wars’.
