Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Brooklyn! For most of us, it's going to be a pretty atypical Christmas. But there's a lot to be hopeful about, and even more to look forward to. I can't think of a better Christmas gift than that. Brought to you by an 8-foot live tree in a 650 sq. ft. apartment, because we all need a little extra cheer this year.

Equipment/ Techniques:
Guitar: a D'Angelico Deluxe Atlantic (middle position, bridge tap) into a Supro Black Magick Reverb. Amp mics are a Shure 565 Unisphere I and an AKG C414 XLS, both into an ART Pro MPA II.
Vocal mic is an AKG C414 XL-II into a Warm Audio WA73-EQ.
Interface is a Zoom UAC-8.
Mixed in Pro Tools, making extensive use of the new Waves EMI RS 124 Compressor, which I'm quite partial to.

Filmed on a Canon EOS R with a nifty 50.

About Josh Turner Guitar
Joshua Lee Turner is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer based in Brooklyn, New York. Josh is best known for his YouTube channel Josh Turner Guitar, where he has been posting eclectic cover performances and original music since he started the channel in 2007 at age 15. Josh now tours internationally in support of his own original music, as well as with long-time collaborator Carson McKee, as the folk duo The Other Favorites. In August, Josh released Public Life, his second full-length album of original music.
