Heart of the Lion Location for Both Factions
The Rune of Heart of the Lion drops from Carrodin, a level 25 elite owl in Wetlands. Although Carrodin is an Elite, it is not hard to solo at level 25.

Carrodin can be found in the Thelgen Rock Cave, which is infested with spiders. The entrance to the cave is at /way 53.0, 64.0.
