If your home feels busy but not peaceful, this is what helped ours.

In this video, I’m sharing the 8 daily rhythms we follow in our home as a family of five kids. These aren’t perfect routines. They’re simple, repeatable systems that help build responsibility, independence, and connection — without constant reminding.

I grew up in the Philippines surrounded by structure — from my grandparents in grade school, to my auntie Euppie in high school and college, and summers with my parents helping in their businesses. Discipline, responsibility, and showing up were part of daily life.

But the final rhythm I share in this video?
That’s something I didn’t grow up with — and it’s the one I’m intentionally building now.
