Adding some Technology to the Jeep Cherokee Build - Shining 3D Einstar 3D Scanner

A few coworkers and I ended up splitting the cost and sharing an Einstar 3D Scanner by Shining 3D - Not a sponsor. We bought this with our own hard earned money.

***This is unit does not use LIDAR, I had misspoken in the video. It is "Infrared VCSEL structured light" per the Einstar website.

I scan the rear axle to verify if the truss I designed will fit or not. This thing is really cool and adds a bit more technology into the XJ Project. This totally changes how I will be approaching future design tasks for a lot of my projects.
