LG's Error code CH10 - BLCD Fan Lock Error (indoor)

This is a problem with the Indoor Fan Motor, where rotation is not detected, and could be result of either
Mechanical or Electrical failure.
 Check that motor is free to rotate and not seized.
 Check the motor is electrically sound, windings not Open or Short circuit.
 Check power output from PCB to fan motor.
 Check rotation feedback circuit.
