Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. So tonight for tea I made my poached haddock in parsley sauce :) This has been highly requested…so here it is! Everything I used will be listed below.

Everything I used - Serves 3-4

FOR THE SAUCE

Butter | 30g (1 oz)
Flour | 30g (1 oz)
Whole milk | 300ml (10.5 oz)
Nutmeg | quarter teaspoon
Parsley | Small handful around 50g (1.7 oz)
Salt & pepper | half teaspoon of each

FOR THE FISH

4 pieces of haddock - or white fish of your choice
Whole milk | Around 300ml (10.5 oz) - This will depend on the size of your poaching pan
Garlic | 1 teaspoon - crushed
Bay leaf | 1 or 2
Salt & pepper | half teaspoon of each
Butter | 15g (0.5 oz)
