The cement production process is mainly divided into new dry method, wet method, semi dry method, etc. Among them, the new dry method is currently the mainstream technology, which has advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.

Process Flow
1. Crushing and pre-homogenization
Crushing: Raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron ore are crushed to ≤ 25mm by jaw crushers and cone crushers.
Pre homogenization: By using a stacker reclaimer to achieve homogenization of raw material components, the stability of raw materials is improved.
2. Raw meal preparation and homogenization
Grinding: Ball mills or vertical mills grind raw materials to -200 mesh, accounting for more than 80%.
Ingredients: Mix limestone, clay, iron ore, etc. in proportion to ensure stable chemical composition.
Adopting a continuous homogenization silo to ensure that the fluctuation of raw material composition in the kiln is ≤ ± 0.5%.
3. Preheating and clinker burning
Five stage cyclone preheater: Raise the raw material temperature to 800-900 ℃ and achieve a decomposition rate of ≥ 90%.
Decomposition furnace: Fuel (coal powder) is burned to rapidly decompose calcium carbonate.
Rotary kiln (1450 ℃): Solid phase reaction is completed to generate minerals such as tricalcium silicate (C ∝ S) and dicalcium silicate (C ₂ S).
Grate cooler: cools clinker to below 100 ℃ and recovers waste heat.
4. Cement grinding and packaging
Ball mill/vertical mill: Grind clinker, gypsum, and mixed materials to a specific surface area of ≥ 350m ²/kg to form cement products.
Bagged (50kg/bag) or loose (transported by tanker truck)
