Try practicing this interframe technique, meditation by getting a candle and putting your focus on the flame while you are breathing in. Focus on allowing the thoughts to be there and not trying to force what you are thinking about and just be aware let them be there and breathe in and out with calmness. When you breathe out, focus on the peripheral around the flame and your connection with everything on the outside. And the focus here is when you breathe in you are taking the energy back for yourself that is non-dependent on anything from outside. You are taking your power back. You’re feeling more safe within your own body. You don’t have to control anything on the outside you are good enough just for being yourself, and breathe out and focus on the peripheral and your connection with the universe. Try this for 10 minutes first thing in the morning or at night before bed with some meditation music in the background and you’ll be sure to start feeling within your own body and start raising your energetic positive vibration. #meditation #awareness #personaldevelopment
