The river. Alive and invigorating, it purifies us. I love communicating with her, with her spirit, for so many reasons...

With such gentleness, she embraces us with her crystalline water to bring us back into our bodies. Because it never stops flowing, it reconnects us to our pure essence and the eternal present. With such fluidity, she is willing to take our swirling thoughts and torments with her.

Her music transforms instantly. She is joy incarnated.

Birdsongs and the sounds of nearby children playing generate a small symphony of joy, which I like to join spontaneously.
