This video is designed to show what a coaching session with ELM coaching is like. It is a recording of a live, unscripted session with a genuine client. In this particular case, the client is talking about a challenge he has at work.


While you watch this video, you may notice the following:
There is quite a long time spent discussing the outcome of the session; the client has a number of ideas but is not clear where he wishes to go on the overall project.
Once an outcome is agreed, the coach uses a number of tools to increase the client's awareness of the situation and to become clearer about what he wants to do.
Towards the end of the session, next steps are agreed on, and the client is much clearer on what he needs to do and when he will do it.
