🔹 Target Market Focus – I’m narrowing down my niche to focus on mid-career professionals, helping them become the authors of their own careers.
🔹 Self-Management Tools – I introduce the "Swap the Lens" tool, based on the Cognitive Triangle, which helps manage negative thoughts and emotions. A tool I’ve used with clients for personal and professional growth!
🔹 Challenges & Personal Reflections – I also open up about the struggles of running a business solo, including feelings of loneliness and self-doubt, and how I’m navigating these emotions.
