LADIES JUMP COACHING AT BIKE PARK WALES 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Come with me to Bike Park Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for a Ladies 👯‍♀️ only jumps coaching as I start my journey to getting better at jumps! Organised by one of the female ambassadors Tracie, and Led by head coach Griff! 🤘🏼

Dressed for the occasion because I feel better wearing pink 💅 We start off at the pump track to dial in our pump technique and skills ready for the trails where the real work happens! Then head onto the uplift and down onto Popty Ping 💥

Id realised that i’ve picked up some sort of bad habit and my progress with jumps has come to a bit of a hault! So Griff takes us through the analysis of our jump skills and what we need to work on! all with the aim to take away what we learnt throughout the day to improve 😬

One of the reasons I loved this day was that it was in a super chilled environment! A group of ladies meeting for the first time and it’s just amazing how supportive everyone was 🩷 positive vibes all around is what i am here for ✨

I intend to post regular updates of my jumps progress so keep an eye on more to come! 💃🏻
