Ingredients :

For Hung Curd :

1/2 Cup Hung Curd (warm)
1 Tbsp Cream (malai)
1/4 TSP Lemon juice
1/8 TSP Black pepper powder
1/8 TSP Oregano

For Raw salsa :
1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/2 Cup Capsicum
1 Tbsp Boiled corn
1 Tbsp Mexican Salsa sauce
1 TSP Chopped Green chilli
1 TSP Lemon juice
1/4 TSP Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

For rice :
1 Cup Rice (Boiled)
2 Tbsp Butter
1 TSP Chopped green Chilli
1 Chopped Capsicum
2 Tbsp Boiled corn
1/4 TSP Black pepper powder
1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
1 TSP Soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 TSP Chilli flakes
1/4 TSP Oregano

For Kidney beans stuffing :

1 Tbsp Oil
1 Chopped Green chilli
1/3 Cup Boiled kidney beans (Rajma)
1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/2 TSP Oregano
1/2 TSP Chilli flakes
1/4 TSP Black pepper powder
1 TSP Red Chilli powder
1/4 Cup Water
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Ketchup

For Serving :
Grated cheese
Nachos Chips
Coriander leaves
