3️⃣. Whatever peel you use, note that the effect of it will be quite potent since the underarm skin is a fold and can make the peel more potent. A blueprint routine to follow would be to use a serum with niacinamide, vitamin Cand alpha arbutin after washing the underarm with exfoliating washes. Brands that do similar ones are,

3️⃣. I know not everyone has an issue with shaving and shaving doesn’t make the hair thicker. But in some cases, it can lead to ingrowths and since the hair with a razor are cut from the middle & not from the roots, the hair follicles are often visible through the skin, leading for the underarm to ‘appear’ darker. In this case, options like laser, waxing and epilating can greatly minimise this with time.

Lastly, I don’t have the most bright underarms and while I am happy to take care of it, I’m not embarrassed of flaunting it. As brown skinned women, due to our darker hair and skin, we are more prone to this & I think pop culture needs to normalise this.
