This yoga practice plays with the themes of dreaming and "Mah norah ha'makom hazeh! How awesome and filled with light/vision/awareness is this place!" through guided visualization, closing eyes in poses to feel inwardly, connecting to light energy, and yoga nidra (awakened sleep) practice.
