Ronda Kremske has struggled with her weight for most of her life. However, she was able to lose 120 pounds and has kept it off for four years. She has been enlightened to the truth of how to fuel her body in order to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy way that is sustainable without being hungry. She’s passionate about sharing this knowledge with others, which led her to become a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She has been able to help a multitude of clients to implement lasting changes to improve their health. Her goal is to educate, motivate, and empower clients to reach their health goals so that they too can enjoy the freedom she’s found with numerous benefits such as fitting into smaller clothes, experiencing more energy, building confidence, and getting rid of aches and pains.
