Intrepid Studios launched the Open Beta of Ashes of Creation: Apocalypse this week starting with access to the Battle Royale Mode. Now, yes they have had some stumbles, fumbles, and bumbles this week but they are working aggressively to try and get some of these issues resolved. Having been playing since September, I can say that the game has been radically improved in the past three months. I originally did a Battle Royale Survival Tips video, but the game has changed so much since then that at just under two months in I had to do an update to it.

For all you new players or straight up noobs, don’t be afraid to jump in there and mix it up. You are going to have to learn your action skills anyway since in the MMORPG you are going to have to have 25% action skills on your bar anyway. So jump in and go at it and use this Ashes 101 Battle Royale for Noobs to get more comfortable. Even if you don’t like the combat, this should help you earn enough XP to get your paths complete.
