Tom, a political science graduate of the University of Namibia, is the founder of Launch Namibia. Launch is a motivational platform amplifying the work of Namibian & African entrepreneurs. He is also an alumni of the Mandela Washington Fellowship (2019) program. Most recently, Tom has served a critical role in the administration of the Old Mutual Seed Initiative.
