冬菇 10朵 (隔夜浸軟)
雲耳 適量 (浸軟)
冬粉 適量 (浸軟)
腐竹 適量 ((炸脆)
黃芽白/白菜 1/4 顆 (切段)
蘿蔔 1條 (切片 /切花)
南乳 3塊
少許 薑切絲 少許
