This may very well be my last ice fishing trip of the 2022 season. I don't know about you but I am SOOOO ready for open water. Ultralight fishing for multispecies and some bass fishing is the plan right now, but honestly I am just ready to be in the kayak.

Regardless, this was a fun trip with my buddy Steve! It was a pretty slow day of fishing but I was able to find a few flurries of Yellow Perch. They reacted well to the Horse Fly (cut in half) in a Red Dirt color on the back of a 5mm gold ice jig.
