Porto Jofre is at the end of the 147 km long Transpantaneiro highway on the Cuiaba River. Here we explore the Cuiaba River for Giant Otters and Jaguars. Along the way we find Brazilian porcupine, Victoria amazonica, the largest waterlily, and more birds including Rufescent tiger heron, Striated heron, Amazon kingfisher, Cocoi heron and Great black hawk.
