This Nintendo Switch Lite is OVERHEATING | Why? | Can We Fit it?

I paid £80.90 ($123.00) for this Nintendo Switch Lite. The seller stated that for some reason the console will just freeze randomly in any game. I tried all the standard fixes, factory reset etc but nothing worked.
