【うえ】転職活動の日程調整が難しい。 Difficulty in scheduling job search.

1. Hello everyone! Today I would like to talk about one problem I am facing during my job search. It's an experience regarding "scheduling" which is more difficult than most people think.
こんにちは、皆さん！今日は、転職活動中に私が直面している一つの問題についてお話ししたいと思います。それは、多くの人が思う以上に難しい「日程調整」に関する体験談です。

2. In my current job search, scheduling is the biggest challenge I am facing. Actually, it is much more difficult to adjust my schedule than preparing my resume and CV and preparing for interviews. I usually finish work after 7pm. If I try to set up interviews from there, it inevitably ends up being late.
私の現在の転職活動では、日程調整が一番の課題になっています。実は、履歴書や職務経歴書の準備、面接対策よりも、日程を合わせる方がずっと大変なんです。仕事が終わるのはだいたい19時過ぎ。そこから面接を設定しようとすると、どうしても遅い時間になってしまうんですよね。

3. And even if I try to get an interview with paid vacation, it is not always possible for the company to have that day free. These difficulties in scheduling are an unexpected stressor in the job search process.
そして、有給を取って面接をしようとしても、企業側の都合でその日が空いているとは限らないんです。こうした日程調整の難しさは、転職活動における思わぬストレスとなっています。

4. In fact, I tried to get a paid vacation interview the other day, but the company couldn't set up an interview on a date that was convenient for me. In the end, I had to give up applying to that company because the interview dates didn't work out.
実際に、先日も有給を取って面接をしようとしたんですが、私の都合の良い日に企業が面接を設定できないということがありました。結局、面接の日程が合わずに、その企業への応募を諦めざるを得なかったんです。

5.Changing jobs is a step toward a new career, but there are unexpected challenges that await you. Difficulty in scheduling is one of them. I have not found a solution yet, but I would like to make the most of this experience in my future job search. I hope that everyone will remember the importance of schedule coordination as they move forward with their job search.
