Dog Perspective - Good so far!
 Love light up dog fetch toys for seasons it gets to dark too soon. I have tried a few brands of light up frisbees and styles. For other brands I run into my dog normally grabbing the middle to pick up toy, then shakes it and batteries and pieces go flying, or turns off power switch, even for dog made versions. So far so good with this frisbee! He’s had no interest in picking it up in middle. He tried once, got no grip at all and then went for the edge. I have high hopes for longevity (aka lasting more than 2 full long distance games is considered a success for me 😅). The plastic is normal ultimate frisbee type, teeth marks show up on it, would be cool if they make dog version that has softer rubber edges for catching in mouth. This frisbee is extremely well balanced and nice to throw. And dog had really easy time catching it compared to other frisbees in general. Still have grip even with dog slobber on it. Sponged off the dirt after easily, may get black next time still. I find it odd the frisbee lights don’t stay on longer and personally it turning on and off is visually annoying. Its stays on while in movement and a bit after. Dog running with toy in mouth the lights stay on and it flying through air lights turn on/ stay on. But if it lands on ground it turns off pretty soon after, does one blink and then stays off. Which would be nice if it flashed for longer or just stayed on longer. To be inclusive of sudden potty breaks (frequently my dog will drop toy, potty, and then need to re-find toy to continue fetch game).They did a great job having no wires seen nor felt anywhere, i had to hold frisbee up to light to see them (circled in picture, only on that one spot. Other dark areas they just weight balanced the plastic so it flies nice). I could see if dog bit hard and frequent enough where wires attach to LED’s, it could potentially sever the connection. TBD how long this lasts with 54lb dalmatian, but so far so good with short fetch game today. Remember exercise toy only under supervision. Don't let your dog chew on it, not chew toy… its an exercise toy.
