This video briefs the process of Toilet Soap Making on Finishing Line.

* First Step :- Soap Base Noodles are charged into SIGMA MIXER Vessel, mixed for about 20-30 minutes, depending upon the quality and mixing ingredients of soaps, it crushes and mixed your soap noodles.
* Next Step :- Then the mixed material is now feed into NOODLE PLODDER for plodding. Because of this machine the unmixed inner core of soap noodles are converted to uniform mixed soap noodles.
* Next Step :- Now this soap noodles which are colorful, perfumed and mixed with all needed ingredients are milled on ROLLER MILL. Roller mill helps in attaining utmost homogeneous mixer. Because of roller mill even the smallest granules of soaps are homogenized and are converted to very thin sheet-like material.
* Next Step :- This sheet-like soap is now converted to long bars of soap with help of vacuum and pressure in DUPLEX VACUUM PLODDER. Duplex Plodder removes air bubble inside of it.
* Next Step :- Long bars of soaps are now taken for cutting depending upon the size one needs. There are various methods of cutting soap bars such as automatic, semi-automatic and manual.
* Final Step :-- These small pieces of soaps after cutting are taken for stamping. With help of stamping one can attain any shape, texture, logo on soaps.

After these processes packing comes into picture.
