The two big wholesale lenders, United Wholesale Mortgage and Rocket TPO announced the new conforming loan limits of $715K.

The Fed members have announced they are raising rates .75% in September instead of .5 as originally mentioned. This among other issues helped rates stay high and even go higher this week.
