Learn to create a VM offer on Azure using Packer and Azure CLI. The Microsoft Azure Marketplace is an online store that provides thousands of software applications and services offered by Microsoft or its technology partners designed to integrate with Microsoft's Azure public cloud. All services and products are first certified through the Microsoft Azure Certified program before they are available for purchase on Azure Marketplace. But the question is how these custom offers are deployed on Azure. Can we publish them for free? What are the best practices for publishing an offer?
These and other mind-boggling questions don’t have an obvious, straightforward answer. This Hands-on Skill Building Webinar is being held to answer them. By the end of this session, you will:
• Have an idea about Azure Marketplace
• Have an understanding of the packer tool
• Will learn Azure CLI and packer commands to deploy custom images
