Speaking at an interaction programme on 'Peace Process and challenges of the Constitution Making Process' organised by Constitution Dialogue Group and Constitutional Lawyers Forum in Kathmandu on Wednesday, influential leader KP Oli has said that the Maoist combatants will be illegible for the integration and rehabilitation if they participate in the Maoist plenum slated to start from November 21 at Palingtar of Gorkha district.
