WORD PROOFING TOOLS FOR TECH WRITERS (ADVANCED)

This video is an overview of a subset of proofing functions I've developed for MS Word
These include:
Applying your Simplified Technical English vocabulary for cross-checks
Decluttering from an excessive use of adverbs / adjectives
Ensuring phrasal / prepositional verbs are not used unnecessarily (many non-native speakers might not understand them)
Applying consistent headers and footers with ease (extension of native functionality which MS Word still doesn't do reliably)
Ensuring your tables are correctly positioned and uniformly formatted throughout with the minimum of effort
