Sit crossed leg on the ground, if you are able, or sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground, or lie down on the floor or on a bed. Assume a relaxed and comfortable position.

This technique of stilling the mind and excluding negativity and anxiety, will open up channels to the Universe, activating the immense Power there to help you manifest your wishes and activate the Law of Attraction.
