This is an in-depth build guide for my Off-Meta Blackflame Chaos Chronomancer in Path of Exile 2 (0.4).

Chronomancer has been largely ignored, with a pick rate sitting below 2% every league — but this build shows what the ascendancy is actually capable of when fully optimized.

This build focuses on control, safety, and consistency rather than chasing popular meta setups like comet spam.

By combining Blackflame Covenant, Incinerate, and Time Freeze, the build is able to lock enemies in place and safely execute both dense packs and endgame bosses.
