Tile Roof Cleaning for a Restaurant

Welcome back to our channel! In this video, we’re diving into a comprehensive roof and exterior cleaning project at a local restaurant. Watch as we tackle the challenge of revitalizing a tile roof and giving the surrounding areas a fresh look!

🔹 Project Overview:

Tile Roof Soft Wash:

We start by preparing the area, including wetting down the blacktop in front of the building to prevent streaks from the cleaning solution.
Using a 12V soft wash system, we apply a 7% mix of sodium hypochlorite, slo mo surfactant, and water to gently clean the tile roof.

Lanai Roof, Driveway, and Sidewalk Cleaning:

For the lanai roof, we use a 6% roof mix to effectively remove grime and stains.
Next, we switch to our 31-inch Mini Mondo surface cleaner and a 12GPM pressure washer to tackle the concrete surfaces, including the driveway and sidewalk.
See the impressive results as we restore the concrete to a spotless condition.
🔹 Why Soft Wash?
Soft washing is perfect for delicate surfaces like tile roofs, as it uses low pressure to apply a specially formulated cleaning solution, ensuring no damage while effectively removing algae, moss, and stains.
