One person company is one of the ways to start a business in India. Lets understand advantages and limitations of a one person company and who should start one?

An OPC is formed like a private limited company under Companies Act 2013. This is somewhere between a proprietorship firm and a Pvt Ltd Company. A one person company has a single shareholder and provides limited liability to the shareholder.

Like a Pvt Ltd Co, in an OPC, you will get MOA, AOA, PAN, TAN, DIN etc.
