Hello friend , today I bring a recipe which is favourite among all of us , Tea cake ,vanilla tea cake or you can say cup cakes ,this is my version of the recipe which is very easy and and display step by step everything . You can use thus tea cake for snack or for kids lunch boxes or in high tea party.
INGREDIENT:-
1. All purpose flour= 1 cup
2. Eggs= 2
3. Sugar= 1/2 cup
4. Oil = 1/2 cup
5. Baking powder= 1/2 tsp
6. Baking soda= 1 tsp
7. Vanilla essence = 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
8. Milk= 1/3 cup (at room temperature )
Method :-
Step 1:-
Mix flour baking powder and baking soda and sift it well and keep aside.
Step 2:-
1.bring both eggs and oil in a blender and blend it for couple of minutes until get creamy texture.
2. Add 1/2 vanilla essence and blend for few second on low speed.
3. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and again blend until all the sugar dissolve.
4. Transfer the mixture in bowl.
Step 3:-
1.Now start adding dry ingredient into wet mixture.
2. Gradually add flour into the egg mixture and fold gently until use all the flour.
3. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix again.
Step4:-
1. Now adding 1/3 of milk gradually and keep mixing until very smooth texture.cake batter is ready for baking.
Step 4:-
Preparing baking cups:-
1. Spray the baking cups by baking spray or apply some oil and dust with some flour.
2. Pour equal amount of cake batter in each cups , Tap it too release the air bubbles from the batter.
Pre - heat the oven at 350
1. Put the baking tray in the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes .take out baking tray and keep on counter.
2. Insert a toothpick into the cupcake if it come clean then cakes are ready.
3. Give some standing time and then serve.
