Kendall remains one of Miami-Dade’s most in-demand areas thanks to its central location, established neighborhoods, shopping, schools, and shorter commutes compared to areas farther south. That popularity keeps prices competitive, especially for single-family homes.

At around $750,000, most homes available in Kendall are older resale properties. Many were built decades ago and may feature smaller kitchens, lower ceilings, and less open layouts than newer construction. The upside is that these homes are often located on quiet streets with mature trees and long-established communities.
